A list of my primary pieces of George Ross's photography equipment and image processing equipment & software.

With this equipment it is possible to shoot all types of sports photography, from indoor track and field to ice hockey to gymnastics.

The best lenses allow you to shoot in the very poor lighting conditions offered by most gyms.

As most of my work is sports photography, my 'killer' lens of choice for outdoor sports is the Canon EF 100-400mm f4.5-5.6L IS USM telephoto lens and the fast EF 135mm f2.0 L USM prime lens is ideal for indoor sports.

For flash work my typical set-up is to use a 580Ex Speedlite (Click to read review)as a master with a 420Ex as a slave.
