Providence College at the 2009 NCAA Northeast Region, Div 1, XC , Championship race held in Franklin Park, Boston on 11/14/2009.

Tough day to run and to shoot!!! The men's race was shot using a 70mm-200mm L series f/2.8 @ISO1600 but by the time the women's race started that was way too slow, so I switched to a 135mm L series f/2 @1600 and even then the shutter speed dropped to 1/320th. Lenses, even the best, struggle with rapid focus changes in heavy downpours.
